Dutch Oven Cooking Class

Class will cover equipment - needed and suggested - making a yeast rise bread from scratch; making a side dish, main dish and dessert.  You will be placed in teams of 2 and each team will make a dish.  Each person will make a loaf of bread (or batch of rolls).  Class is about 6 to 6 1/2 hours long, please plan to stay the whole time.  Time flies during this class, we have a good time.  Students will eat the results and take home any that is left over.  Class fills up quickly and we won't be back to Pinetop/Lakeside until next year so don't delay.  Register by calling the Game and Fish office in Pinetop.  Or go to the "PayPal Payments" button to the left.

 Pre-registration is required for all classes and cookoffs. Minimum of 10 people required for classes. Minimum age is 16

On Site Catering offered for 10-75 people.

All food preparation is done on-site and most items are cooked in Dutch Ovens with charcoal briquettes. We not only provide you with a delicious meal, we can be part of the entertainment for your guests.
